What can I say. Another fine weekends golf. Cape Kidnappers, superlatives be thy name! The weather gods came to the party and provided 2 rounds of rain free conditions. Napier Golf Club provided a very nice park like course with plenty of challenge.
Marty the deserving winner in the end being the only one of us to shoot more than 30 stabies at Kidnappers which gave him an unassailable lead. Adi finished well at Napier to move from 4th to 2nd place at the end. Shane came in 3rd with a strong no campaign campaign. Trev and Smith tied for 5th with Mr McWilliams a resounding wooden spooner in a stabie free performance.
Interesting Saturday night. Hotel was comfortable, dinner service was a bit laidback (Heidi's arse not-withstanding...) Most of us were in bed before mid-night. What has happened boys?! Clearly the ravages of age are slowing us down. We'll need to bring medicine in future...
Thanks to Shane and Smith for providing transportation. All in all a great weekend. Well done boys.
